This Friday, Airbnb, the online accommodation website, launched a contest to convert the neighborhood of El Chavo del 8 into an exclusive overnight lodging facility.

The winner, with 2 guests, will have the opportunity to enjoy on November 21 an overnight stay in the famous neighborhood.

Roberto Gomez Fernandez, son of the Mexican comedian, will be on hand as the host and bring to life the main character of the series, whom was an 8 year old boy that escaped from an orphanage and will provide a private tour of a gallery filled with memories and unique items such as the typewriter where “Chespirito” created his stories or the original barrel fondly remembered by Mexican and International viewers.
